Cable rows are a great exercise to hit all those muscles in the mid and upper back. Performed correctly, these are a great way to build the back and reinforce good posture, particularly in those who spend a lot of time hunched over in front of a computer. Performed incorrectly with rounded shoulders and we're back to reinforcing that same bad posture with overly engaged pec and anterior delt muscles. Keeping our shoulders back allows for better engagement of all the muscles of the mid back and allows the neck to stay in a more neutral position, reinforcing that good posture we like to see.

Everything tastes better in a bowl, amirite? 😋 The star of this bowl for me was the crispy mushrooms once I started cooking them this way, I can’t go back! . Leave mushrooms on medium heat pan for about 5 min each side, until they have browned (add s+p). Top onto a bowl of brown rice ( tip: I usually add a tbsp or two of liquid aminos to my rice cooker- gives the rice an extra savory flavor 🍚), soft boiled 6 min eggs 🥚, avo 🥑 (this was my first attempt at the avocado rose!! How’d I do? 😅), carrots, and radish sprouts! This was one filling and clean meal! 😋
